Jason Sher – is instrumental in acquisitions, development and all financial aspects of the business. He has an extensive financial background in the US and South Africa. He has deep networks in the real estate, hedge fund and banking arena, where he started his career trading international equity derivatives for Investec Bank. Jason has invested in value-add real estate opportunities for over 25 years and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa) and a CFA Charterholder.

Ross Feurring

Principal

Ross Feurring – is the Real Estate Broker for the company. He plays an integral role in acquisitions, development, construction, asset management and leasing. He brings extensive relationships with national retailers from across the country. Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Colorado, with a major in Communication.

Doug Feurring

Principal & Chairman

Doug Feurring – is an active owner and developer of retail, office, industrial, multi-family residential and other related businesses throughout Michigan and South Florida. Doug’s determination and detailed eye are hallmarks of the firm’s culture and success. He earned a BS from Michigan State University in 1976.
